Her name Nevaeh Bravo was “heaven”, spelled backward.
And to those who knew her, Nevaeh Bravo was indeed a heavenly gift.
“She always helped me out a lot,” her dad, Juan Julian Bravo, said of Nevaeh. “She was a very good girl.”
Ten-year-old Nevaeh was among 21 persons whose lives were cut short in a mass shooting at the Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas on May 24, 2022.
A softball player, Nevaeh lived an active and fun-filled life.
One of the pictures of her shows her sticking her tongue out.
Others images have Nevaeh beaming at Disney World alongside her family and her wearing her Uvalde softball team jersey.
